    Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP) and its Ordinance (DPO).

    Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Act 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), where data of individuals located in Spain or the EU is processed.

    3. Data processed

    Contact details you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone, company and the content of your enquiry.

    Booking data via Calendly: name, email, chosen time slot and comments.

    Technical browsing data strictly necessary for the operation and security of the website.

    Special category data is not requested; please do not include it in initial messages.

    4. Purposes and legal bases

    Responding to enquiries: pre-contractual measures and consent.

    Managing the professional relationship and delivering contracted services: performance of the contract.

    Compliance with legal, accounting and anti-money-laundering obligations: legal obligation.

    Sending updates where expressly requested: consent, revocable at any time.

    5. Recipients and transfers

    Technology providers acting as processors: web hosting, email and Calendly (appointment booking).

    Intellectual property offices (Swiss IPI, OEPM, EUIPO, WIPO) and agents or correspondents where needed to handle your matter.

    Authorities and courts where legally required.

    Some providers may be located outside Switzerland or the EEA; standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards then apply.

    6. Retention periods

    Enquiries not resulting in an engagement: up to 12 months.

    Client files: for the duration of the relationship and 10 years thereafter, under Swiss and Spanish retention obligations.

    Trademark and renewal data: as long as the right subsists and monitoring is required.

    7. Your rights

    Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, as well as withdrawal of consent.

    You may exercise them by writing to lucia@emiba.biz, proving your identity.

    You may also lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) or the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

    8. Cookies and security

    This site uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation; embedded third-party services (Calendly) may set their own cookies under their policies.
