    Contract FAQ

Do you review contracts the other party has already sent me?

Yes, that's the most common case. You send me the draft and I return the risks I see and a proposal of changes.

Which law applies to a contract with a foreign company?

The one the parties choose in the contract. If none is chosen, international law rules apply and may lead to the other country's law. That's why it's best to agree on it in writing.

Can you review contracts in other languages?

Yes. I review contracts in Spanish, French and English and explain them to you in English.
