Lucía Espallargas Moreno

I'm Lucía Espallargas Moreno, a legal and international trade professional, and founder of EMIBA — Espallargas Moreno International Business Advice, based in Switzerland.

I studied Law and International Studies (UCLM), completed the Master's in Legal Practice (UOC) and an MBA at HES-SO (Switzerland), so I combine legal and business vision.

I also hold a diploma as an expert in Commercial and Civil Mediation, which gives me a practical, solution-oriented approach. I work on trademark registration at national, European and international level, drafting and review of commercial and international contracts, INCOTERMS, EU regulations and international trade management.

I work in Spanish, French and English.
